What’s up? My name is Marvin and this is my site. Welcome. This site is dedicated to all my friends and subscribers out there that love all kinds of goodies especially raw powerful hard-hitting beats that rock the house. I remember when I was younger I was always crazy about making beats. For christmas one year my parents bought me a drum set…talk about excited. I beat on that thing until I tore it up. It wasn’t the best drum set but it was a drum set. I enjoyed that thing…hard! After that it was making beats with my mouth. Remember the Fat Boys and Doug E Fresh era? They brought beat boxing to the arena and I remember beat boxing for guys in high school who wanted to free style. Man we had a ball.
Now, its technology. Making beats with controllers, laptops, and monitors etc. I must say, it is nice to put together a beat that sounds good. With all the different sounds that you can design, sample, or record it is worth the time and effort it takes to put together a master piece. Having a drum set was awesome, but I was limited with just the drum set. Being able to beat box well was great, but that too has it’s limitations. Owning and operating your own home studio? The gloves come off because now you are free to fly as high as you want, of course based on how much you wanna spend.
I really enjoy what I do along with other things. My main function as a creationalist (don’t think that’s a word, but oh well) is with video. I’ve been a videographer for around fifteen years now. That too is a passion of mine. You put it all together and you get a wonderful piece of motion art with awesome sound. I also dabble in money management, but I’m not going to bore you with that because it’s a lot. I’ll definitely have some money stuff posted as well, because it takes money to buy equipment so why not dive in that too.
